  Services: Document Coding

Capitol takes great pride in the caliber of our coding personnel. We know each coding project is unique and that different rules and fields may be important for different projects. Our Project Manager begins each coding project by meeting with client representatives to develop a coding manual, which defines the fields, field descriptions, and coding rules. This coding manual is dynamic throughout the project to accommodate situations that were not anticipated during the design period.

Capitol employs a variety of quality control measures to check the coding in each field for each document to ensure accuracy and completeness for all coding projects.

  • High Capacity (Domestic & Offshore)
  • Project Management Team
  • Project Planning / Consulting
  • Logical Document Determination
  • Custom Data Capture Solutions
  • Bibliographic Coding
  • Continuous Quality Control

Capitol also provides transcript and deposition summarizing services. These services distill the facts from a deposition and put them into a format that can be quickly perused. Then, if the actual words of the deponent or witness are needed, they can be quickly located by page and line number in the original transcript. Transcript and deposition summaries are extremely useful in tracking multiple transcripts in large cases.
